Jedha Dening-Manager/ Head Therapist
Qualified counsellor, fitness instructor, and health and wellness educator
Elite Sports Massage is owned & operated by Jedha Dening who is also head therapist at ESM. After discovering a passion for the treatment of pain and injury, Jedha embarked on a mission to find unique ways to treat painful conditions using massage and muscle release techniques. Now she has been specialising in the treatment of pain and injury for the past 5 years and has treated thousands of clients with various different conditions with great outcomes and success. She also utilises a wholistic approach that considers mental/emotional, nutritional. exercise factors in achieving maximum success toward wellness.
Jedha works with clients from 7 years to 87 years and also has extensive experience working with with both amateur & elite athletes and sporting teams from many different sports. Footballers, bodybuilders, swimmers, dancers, runners and many more.
This year Jedha has worked closely with Glenn Scott-Motorcross rider, Jay Lewis-Sydney Swans AFL scholarship holder, Desrae Cameron-Australian Womens Gold champion cyclist, and Amee Donohoe-professional surfer. Previously she has worked with Craig Anderson-olympic baseballer, Shayne Hayne-Pro Rugby League Referee, Carey Greentree-Australian Bodybuilding grandmaster champion, Anthony Hartcher-iron man competitor, Kelly Yule-triathlete, and elite sporting teams such as the Welsh Rugby Team, Queensland State of Origin, South Sydney Rabbitohs, Melbourne Storm and so forth.
Jedha is continually striving to provide the most in depth, thorough, professional massage treatments and services to all of the clients and customers that frequent the Elite Sports Massage Centre.
Rebekah Cross-Therapist
Rebekah has always had an interest in natural medicine and has been working in the field of massage therapy for 4 years now. Previously she had a very busy practice in Sydney until she decided to move to the Central Coast with her family.
In her previous practice Rebekah used all types of massage application, relaxation, remedial, sports & hot stone etc. Now as a team member of ESM she has moved her focus to the treatment of pain and injury. She is a very skilled therapist with a good understanding of the body and what it needs in order to provide outcomes. Although she has experience working with various conditions, she is currently undergoing intensive training to improve her understanding of pain and injury.
